The Amiable Archivists Salon was founded in July 2014 as a response to experiences of intimidation, harassment, marginalization, and exclusion within the archives, library, and information sciences fields.
The group is open to all who are willing to abide by our ground rules.
Currently, as we are a new group, we are asking those interested in participating to submit a brief application for the host to review before adding you to the list. This will help us get a sense of our membership moving forward, even if you choose to participate primarily as a lurker.
